Your Tasks:
- Pulverbeschichtung von Eigenprodukten und Lohnbeschichtungsumfängen
- Vorbereitung von Werkstücken für die Beschichtung, Auf- und Abhängen
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
- Händisches Nacharbeiten bei Bedarf
- Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Pulverbeschichtungsanlage
- Tägliche sowie wöchentliche Wartung der gesamten Anlage
- Verantwortung und Verwaltung des Pulverlagers
- Qualitätskontrolle der beschichteten Teile
This is what you are offering:
- Ausbildung zum Maler oder Lackierer (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse beim Pulverbeschichten
- Handwerkliches Geschick
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schichtbetrieb)
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zu Samstagsarbeit
