Your Tasks:
- Bedienung von Abkantpressen
- Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle von gefertigten Teilen mit Hilfe von Mess- und Prüfmittel
- Bestückung der Maschinen mit Bauteilen
- Erstellung von Programmkorrekturen
- Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen
- Initiierung und Umsetzung regelmäßiger Optimierungen
- Erreichung anspruchsvoller Ausbringungsziele auf hohem Qualitätsniveau
This is what you are offering:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, vorzugsweise als Konstruktions- oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige fachspezifische Erfahrung in der Blechfertigung
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Affinität zur praktischen Lösungsfindung
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Identifikation mit den Zielen unseres Unternehmens
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Sauberkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit im Zwei-Schichtbetrieb
